The Random Ideas Exchange Bureau [R.I.E.B.] was at '_Open Source City' the microfestival of open tools and ideas, Liverpool UK. A project developed by Folly & The SoundNetwork.

The R.I.E.B. ran a workshop to examine the philosophy of re-distribution, derivation and modification which underpins open source practice.
